What do an echidna, Stripe the Kitten, and a panda share in common? Why, their Love of Yarn, of course! The echidna is an animal I discovered as I kept exploring Australian creatures.Their look just kept screaming äóìKnitter!äó to me, hence the inspiration for this composition. (Plus it was very soothing to paint her prickly hide.)
I drew this as part of my current 100 Pandas project. It is called "Knitting in Place" as it was drawn while sheltering in place.
This piece is an original drawing created with high quality graphiteand watercolor, on 4äó x 6äó cold-press watercolor paper.
This item is packaged with a protective backing board and plastic sleeve, and will be wrapped with care.
